Saya pernah kredit ruko 2009 lalu di bank BTN bisa kok bu, emang % nya lebih besar dari pada rumah biasa, kena 13.25% PA.

Soalnya saya tanya ke bank, katanya karena bangunannya ruko, jadi saya nga bisa ambil kredit ruko, tapi kenanya kredit usaha, dimana bunga untuk kredit usaha kan lebih besar daripada ruko.
