Bisa2 aja. Semua bergantung pd kebijakan yg berlaku di msg2 perush. Ada mmg perush yg baeeekkkk banngggeeeettt yg bikin bonus terpisah antara bonus performa kerja kary dan bonus pembagian keuntungan. Tp itu jarang banget sptnya. Yg umum adalah bonus dibagikan apabila perush untung dan besarannya tergantung performa kerja. Jd mendorong performa kerja kary, kalau kary kerja bagus dan berprestasi tentunya dpt lbh byk dari kary yg performanya standard.

Semoga menjawab pertanyaan yah. Silakan kl ada pertanyaan, kl msh bs dijawab tentunya :) Ini smua berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi dan komunikasi dg teman2 lain. Memang kita gk mau 'dibodohi' oleh perush, tp sebaiknya sblm melakukan argumentasi ya sebaiknya kita cari tau dulu peraturan dan yg berlaku umum sbnrnya gmn. Spt yg kmu lakukan skrg, jd argumentasi kita berdasar.

Pertama-tama oerlu dimengerti kl bonus adalah murni kebijakan perush itu sendiri. Setau sy tdk ada regulasi yg mengatur mslh itu.

Begitu jg dg mslh perhitungan. Yg berdsrkan kinerja personal mungkin ada matriks yg mengatur hitungan itu. Misal skor kinerja personal dari 1 - 5 yg mana 1 adl terendah, maka kl skor 1 dpt bonus berapa dst. Ada jg lho yg menerapkan skor minimal utk dpt bonus. Jd dibwh skor tsb tdk akn dpt bonus. Ada jg yg model sama rata sama rasa hehehe ... Biasanya yg berdsrkan profit perush, jd semua dpt 5 kali gaji (ini perumpamaan aja lho ya :)) rata.

Kalau penilaian terhadap kinerja personal adalah hasilnya dengan adanya reward naik gaji lebih dan promosi jabatan.

mohon sharing nya donk mengenai hal ini. Apakah pemberian bonus bagi karyawan itu ada hitung2 annya dan pembagiannya minimal satu bulan gaji atau gimana? ( nilai minimum nya )

maaf ini hanya sekedar sharing saja, sekalian belajar juga biar ga di bodoh - bodohin sama perusahaan ( hahaha.. yakelus booook di bodoh2in )

Dikarenakan milis ini sangat aktif, tips sederhana berikut dapat membantu anda mencegah membanjirnya email di mailbox.

Bagi teman-teman yang TIDAK INGIN MENERIMA email setiap hari, dan hanya ingin melihat/browsing mail pada saat senggang saja, bisa melakukan cara-cara di Episode B, seperti yang tercantum pada langkah nomor 4 (empat).

Bagaimana tips sederhana tersebut ?

Tips pertama :

Episode A

Daftarkan diri di http://www.yahoo.com dan buat account di
Yahoo.

Bagi yang belum memiliki account di Yahoo, silakan :
1. Click ke http://www.yahoo.com
2. Click "MAIL" di samping kanan bagian atas, di samping tulisan
kapital YAHOO!
3. Lalu, akan masuk ke sebuah halaman baru, di kolom kiri,
click "SIGN UP NOW".
4. Ikuti langkah-langkah yang ditunjukkan sampai selesai.
5. Ingat userid dan password yang diberikan Yahoo, karena kedua
informasi ini yang
akan dipergunakan terus untuk sign-in.

Bagi yang telah memiliki account dan e-mail address di Yahoo.com,
tidak perlu melakukan resgistrasi seperti di atas.

Langsung saja, lompat ke step Episode B.

Episode B

Episode ini BERLAKU dan hanya bisa dilakukan oleh semua user yang

"Special Notice" : artinya, hanya menerima pesan-pesan dari
moderator saja.
"No e-mail" : artinya, TIDAK menerima pesan apapun.
Nah, di-click saja di lingkaran yang terdapat di samping NO E-MAIL.
Teman-teman tidak akan kebanjiran e-mail lagi, dan e-mail bisa dibaca
di archive saja, dengan meng-click tombol "MESSAGE" di sisi kiri
sebelah atas.

5. Semua e-mail, sejak awal hingga yang terbaru, ada di sana semua,
dan bisa dicari sesuai topiknya di kolom SEARCH. Misalnya, mau
mencari cerita soal "Recommendation Letter" ; ketik
aja "Recommendation Letter" dan click SEARCH. Nanti semua mail yang
berhubungan dengan Recommendation Letter, akan tampil.

Demikianlah tipsnya. Sangat efektif dan efisien, bukan ?

Tidak perlu unsubscribing lagi, dan tetap dapat mengikuti berita-
