Overall Responsibility.

The Quality Manager will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Department through manufacturing excellence with a strong focus on team
management and leadership, to ensure it's competitive position in
order to continue it's growth trajectory. He should support the
management who lead and pursue the transformation of the plant through a
major Lean manufacturing initiative aimed at enhancing the profitability
of the business in an increasingly competitive environment.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Develop and maintain ISO System 9001, 14000, and 18000 and
provide technical services relating to product, product
application, and customer requirements.
* Responsible for the overall product quality. Assure that the
product quality meets or exceed customer requirements and
specifications. Develop local talent, strengthen the teamwork and
open communication.
* Provide leadership to employees in the design, development and
implementation of policies, systems, procedures and practices to
ensure that quality requirements are established and followed.
* Establish and maintain communication with customers regarding
their quality requirements and handle quality complaints,
questions, and correspondence with regard to quality.
* Improve the cost structure by effective implementation of Lean
principles
* Lead the team in Lean implementation and improve quality &
profitability
* Train people to maintain excellent skills level
* Ensure that "World Class" quality philosophy and
processes are employed in all facets of manufacturing aimed at
reducing warranty returns from customers
* Develop and maintain and ensure reputation as a reliable
quality Supplier

Requirements & profile of successful candidates:

* Indonesian Male/ Female 34 - 38years. With 4-5 years working
experience as Quality Manager in rigid plastics packaging
manufacturing company, automotive company, or electronics company.
* Prior experience working in beauty cosmetics rigid plastics
packaging is a clear advantage, either national or multinational
manufacturing company.
* At least Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Industrial Engineering,
Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
* Deep and hands-on MNC experience in all aspects of Quality
Management, experienced to perform quality system auditing, develop
quality specification, quality documents and blueprints, sampling
technique, control chart.
* Proven experience and successful track record in rigid
plastics packaging for beauty cosmetics; automotive; electronics
manufacturing industry.
* Experience to implement lean principles & world-class
manufacturing philosophy and practices
* Fluency in English, both oral and written is essential.
