COST ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle cost - accounting activities
• Work according accounting procedures, systems and related internal control to ensure that it meets the company regulations
• Coordination with other department to support the accounting and tax functions.
Requirement :
1. Education : Min. S1 Accounting
2. Experience : Min. 2 years in accounting (good in costing will highly considerate)
3. Technical Skills : English, knowledge of costing, analytic skill
4. Preferably having experience in Property
RECEPTIONIST - ADMIN (for Marketing Dept)
Job description :
- Greet visitors, manage overnight delivery packages from courier services, coordinate mail package deliveries in-house.
- Manage the switchboard console, answer calls, direct callers, provide assistance and take concise telephone messages
- Maintain reports, contracts and cancellations, office calendar of events, files, employee absences
- Assist other employees with special tasks that may arise from time to time, as directed.
Requirement :
- Female, min 21 years old, max 30 years old
- Good looking, good communication, good attitude
- 3 years experience in a fast paced office environment
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office (excel,word)
- Reliable, organized and possess multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum Diploma (or equivalent) in related fields
- Willing to work at Cakung, Jakarta Timur
