We are one of the leading companies in petrochemical and oil palm plantations, with an area of ​​113.000ha concession in West Kalimantan and EastKalimantan. In view of the world oil crisis and to focus on reducing the fossil fuel impacts to environment, as well as to participate in Kyoto Protocol, Eterindo introduces the environmental friendly product, Biodiesel, which derives from Palm Oil. As an alternative fuel, Biodiesel has a number of advantages such as : 

• Renewable fuel, non-toxic and biodegradable
• Low emission and reduces carcinogenic impact
• High cetane number, ensuring quick engine start-up in cold climates
• Can be used without engine modification
• High flashpoint, which makes safer fuel to handle 

We require qualified and professional candidates wholike challenges, spirit, honest and energetic and highly motivated tobe placed on the HO- Jakarta to fill positions as follows:

Organization Development Assistant Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• People Development : Ensure all policies and procedure in consistency with the global policies and procedures. Ensure that organization development in line with people development. Manage and ensure about performance management, talent management, succession planning, and people review.

• Organization Development : manage all policy and procedure about organization development and to ensure in line with the global policies and procedures. To develop and manage about corporate culture and organization demand in line with existing organization need. Manage all job position in line with job description and competencies job holder. Review, evaluate and manage about Job Grading in line with the market.

• Training and development : Analyze, define, promote, implement and control the training and development policies for manufacturing and head office, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
