2 (two) clients are looking for secretaries with the following details :
SECRETARY
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform all
secretarial functions such as: typing letters, distribute outgoing/incoming letter/correspondence,
filling, etc.
· Administer report
and data
· Handle and
administer for all travel arrangements such as booking ticket, accommodation,
etc
· In-charge in
administering and controlling of office storage
· Plan and organize
meeting/conference including coordination and follow up.
· Other tasks to be
assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
· Possess a Diploma
in Secretarial or General Studies or its equivalent
· Having 2 - 3
years of experiences
· Demonstrated
proficiency in using the internet, database programs, and computer office
applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
· Must have
thorough familiarity with office procedures, correspondence format and office
machines
· Must be able to
gather information and draft routine correspondence without instruction
· Able to analyze and organize: data, office
procedures, and make suggestions as to improvements
· Demonstrated customer service and excellent
interpersonal skills, especially dealing with people with a wide variety of
professional, social and educational backgrounds.
· Must have proven
teamwork skill
· Must be able to
take initiative, to work independently, to prioritize work, to organize, and to
manage time.
· Must be highly
detail oriented.
· Graduated from D3
secretary (from Tarakanita is preferable)
· Excellent in English
both spoken and written
· Good looking
· Willing to work
overtime
