RESPONSIBILITIES
* To ensure that all necessary documentation works are performed correctly and on time by using industry drawing standards and drawing symbols  
* To follow customer standard for its documentation
* Coordination with related Implementation Supervisor and Manager if problem occur during drawing/documentation production
* To follow implemented working, documentation organization and documentation control procedure
* Enable for Engineering Survey to collect data from the field in order to collect latest update data status and making necessary documentation
REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB
* MinimumVocational High Schoolwith 2 year experience in the same position.
* Formal Auto-Cad training, familiar with telecommunications symbols and standards and also familiar with Computer programme (specialized in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop).

* Work Plan & Budget*

Lead and coordinate the Work Plan & Budget for all assets in Indonesia
including taking multiple inputs and create a consistent and unified message

- Work with asset team to conduct studies on development scenarios and
options.
- Provide input for FDPs.
- Update relevant sections of Economic Databook.
- Provide ad-hoc economics as requested by Economics Manager.
- Participate on PEER reviews within SE Asia.
- Prepare reports and presentations for monthly/quarterly Leaderships
Teams meetings.
- Will become an expert PEEP economics user.
- Collaborate across various functions to ensure consistency and help
generate synergy.

*Reporting / Other*

- Conduct business performance analysis for the Indonesia GM and
leadership team as required.
- Coordinate data collection for Capital Utilization annual and quarterly
reporting.
- Report and analyze cash flow analysis by reserve category to support
FASB 69 submissions.
- Prepare PEEP cases to support year end reserves submissions.
- Quality control of all business processes and planning activities.
- Provide special analysis, research or general project support as
requested by management*.*
- Support the management in running and preparing for weekly, monthly,
quarterly management meetings including tracking follow-up actions and
documenting key commitments.
- Coordinate materials and visits for senior management visiting the
country.

*REQUIREMENT**:*

- Understanding of the oil and gas business, including the
inter-relationships of Exploration, Development and Production investment
activities.
- Familiar with upstream indicators, e.g. production profile, capex,
opex.
- Knowledge of financial accounting methods is essential, as is some
awareness of the fundamentals of petroleum economics
- Knowledge of PEEP and PSC accounting / fiscal terms would be desirable.
- Collaborate effectively to achieve results
- Influence effectively with business partners and can assert ideas
persuasively, gaining support and commitment from others and mobilizing

VOIP SIN DIALOGIC LOCAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

To ensure the system operates in normal condition, resolve any alarm, failure, incidents, and performance degradation.
Handle preventive and corrective maintenance on a regular basis.
Provide reporting and performance management
Handle all engineering and operations support including documentation
Must be able to perform duties on 24X7 on shift (shift propose will start at 2-9pm and 9pm-7am)
Must be able to perform duties on-call and/or on-site support during 7am-2pm
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Have an experience as Senior Engineer with minimum 3-5 years experience specific to VOIP technology and has a good hands-on operations skill with Telco (wireless) background
Understand TCP/IP Concept and Implementation
Familiar with IP Routing and VLAN configuration
Familiar with E1/T1 Technology and configuration
Familiar with VoIP Technology and configuration
Familiar with SIP, H323, SS7, ISDN Protocol, implementation and configuration
Familiar with IVR Technology and configuration
Have adequate knowledge of Database System (SQL, etc)
Able to operate and administering Linux Server (and variants) in Production system
Able to operate and administering Windows Server (and variants) in Production system
Able to operate and administering RADIUS/AAA Server (FreeRadius and variants) in Production system
Able to operate and administering VoIP System (Cisco, Quintum, Vocaltec, Audiocode, Dialogic, Nortel/Nuera, etc) in Production system
