CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (CT-AD)
Responsibilities: to issue contract; to issue consignment purchase
order; to maintain and continuously update Contract Report and
progress claim; to prepare Contract Documents for bidding; to
evaluate tender receive on commercial and legal aspect; to maintain
suppliers database
Requirements: bachelor degree in any major, preferable in Civil
Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Law, from reputable
university; 2-3 years experience in related fields; knowledgeable in
Basic Legal, Basic Finance, and Economic Trend Movement; advanced
administrative skills; good level of concentration; strong
negotiation skills; organized and detail-oriented with the ability
to multi-task.
General Requirements: computer literate; excellent in English and
Bahasa both written and spoken; high personal work-motivation,
communicative, proactive, and creative; high orientation on cost-
effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety; high professional-
integrity and excellent teamwork skills; willing to travel and
relocate to Kalimantan.
