Hello Slamet dan Rifka, saya juga mendapat kesempatan untuk ikutan konferensi tersebut. saya ingin menanyakan mengenai 'conference confirmation'.. apakah saya harus mengirimakan email sesuai dengan yang dianjurkan sama admin konferensinya? karena hanya diberi tenggang waktu 4 minggu untuk melakukan konfirmasi.. kalau kita emailkan konfimasi konferensi bukan berarti kita harus membayar pada saat itu kan??
Saya mohon bantuannya dari rekan2 milis...

Pertama-tama saya mau mengucapkan SELAMAT!! Saya dan teman saya juga pernah keterima acara tersebut waktu tahun 2009. Tapi sayangnya kami tidak jadi berangkat karena dana belum terkumpul, sempet juga minta ditunda attending-nya buat tahun depan namun lagi-lagi dana belum cukup untuk menanggung keseluruhan biaya. Saya tidak ada kenalan untuk link-link di perusahaan tapi saya mau kasih beberapa info saja. Kalo boleh tau kamu dari universitas mana? Sudah coba minta bantuan dari pihak kampus? Waktu itu kami sudah minta bantu pihak kampus di UI, sayangnya dana yang kami terima tidak seberapa dari total biaya keseluruhan bahkan mereka bilang dananya itu baru cair setelah acara selesai (sistem reimburse). Kami juga sudah kirim-kirim proposal untuk sponsor, beberapa perusahaan menolak dan beberapa tidak memberikan jawaban pasti. Saran saya, kamu harus gerak cepat karena menunggu kepastian jawaban dari pihak sponsor tentu prosesnya tidak cepat. Coba apply Program Bantuan Keberangkatan Dari dan Ke Luar Negeri dari Dikti cek di website http://bantuan.kemdiknas.go.id/  dan kirim ke beberapa perusahaan yang tahun-tahun sebelumnya pernah menjadi sponsor seperti Garuda Indonesia (untuk tiket pesawat), Pertamina, Antam, dll. Cek di website IYLC yang bagian sponsor untuk liat sponsor-sponsor sebelumnya. Semoga membantu. Sukses yah!! :)

( to support scheduling services (facility commissioning & services ))

2.MATERIAL PROCUREMENTS COORDINATOR ( MBP 211 –69 )

3.PROJECT SCHEDULER ( MBP 211 – 68 B )
( to support scheduling services for various capital and WO Projects at remote area )

4.MATERIAL TRACKER ( MBP 211 – 70 )
( to support material construction for various Capital and WO Projects )

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Engineering (S1) (Civil/Architecture/Mechanical/Mining/ Industrial Engineering) from a reputable University, with minimum GPA 2.75.

- Minimum 4 years experience in projects or field, able to create project reports (both in Indonesian and English languages).

- Excellent in read Engineering drawings for all discipline(Civil, Architecture, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical and Instrument; Understand and know about Project Management(including; estimation, scheduling); Understand and know about Construction techniques.

- Mandatory able to operate Primavera for no. 1 & 3(preferable having Primavera certificate); Able to operate Microsoft Offices (Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, Ms.Power Point. MS Access, MS Project); Having knowledge in Ellipse (no.1,2 & 4).

- Good team work, good communication, good/active in English(writing and speaking), hard worker and high motivation, can work under pressure and tight target.

Personnel on the need to work with the contract system for mining project in Papua by a contract of 12 months (extendable).
