Dear all,

saya sudah membaca info mengenai beasiswa dari NZAID tersebut. beasiswa tersebut mensyaratkan:
1. certified copy of birth certificate
2. certified copy of passport
3. academic transcript copy (certified)
4. graduation certificate copy (certified)
5. TOEFL/IELTS test result (original)
....dst

yang ingin saya tanyakan:
1. apakah poin 1 dan 2 harus dilegalisir? kira2 dimana saya bisa melegalisir dua dokumen tersebut?  untk akte kelahiran bisa dilegalisir di dispenduk dan paspor bisa di kantor imigrasi langsung. berdasarkan pengalaman saya prosesnya tidak sukar ko, jd ya saran saya penuhi aja requirement yg disyaratkan. 
2. apakah sertifikat TOEFL bisa memakai TOEFL ITP? karena TOEFL iBT relatif mahal buat saya. kalau tidak salah yang iBT ongkosnya $165. dengan kurs dolar hari ini Rp.8.663 jadi sekitar 1,4juta.  saya termasuk yg pake ITP dulu waktu seleksinya, setelah lolos barulah ngelengkapin pake iBT. lagi-lagi saran saya, sooner or later ya pasti diminta yg standar internasionalnya, baik itu iBT maupun IELTS, jd ya ambil aja itung2 sebagai modal ato investasi lah. tp klo seumpamanya kepepet ama deadline, ya tetep aja maju dulu dgn ITP nya.

1. Mau menanyakan apakah fotocopy passport kita perlu di legalisir? jika ya, dimana kita bisa melakukan legalisir passport kita? Karena di dalam persyaratan tersebut di tulis bahwa di butuhkan a certified copy of the personal pages of your passport. 
2. Apakah beasiswa ini di perbolehkan untuk independent researcher yang mau melanjutkan sekolah lagi? Jika ya, bagaimana dengan pernyataan mengenai job deskripsi. Siapa yang membuat? Saya baru lulus kuliah dan untuk sementara mengisi waktu kosong sebagai independent researcher bersama dengan dosen saya. 
3. Letter of reference. Di situ tertulis where possible, a relevant government or community - based organisation. Yang mau saya tanyakan, apakah referensi dari government atau community - based organization itu sangat mempengaruhi penerimaan untuk beasiswa ini? Jika saya pernah join dengan LSM tahun 2010 dan skrg tidak lagi, apakah bisa saya menggunakan surat referensi dari LSM itu?
