In Manufacturing, Lautan Luas established 17 production facilities in Indonesia, two in China and is building its first manufacturing facility in Vietnam. Lautan Luas has also set up a Support & Services business segment made of four subsidiaries that were previously the Company's internal departments - laboratory, supply chain, IT and water treatment - to provide value-add services to customers.

1. Head of Tax & Financial Planning Department
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of tax professionals to ensure that the organization’s tax strategy is implemented accurately and consistently and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting
· Minimum of 5 years experience in handling Tax field; experience in the Tax Consultant Firm is preferable
· Mastering taxation Brevet A, B and C in details (certificated)
· Detail, Strong Analytical Thinking, leadership & communication skill

2. Accounting Manager
To be responsible for the orderly accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary - for an accurate accounting of the total business result
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting
· Minimum of 3 years experience in Public Accounting Firms with minimum 1 year experience in Operating Company is a must

3. Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Responsible to generate report relating to Accounting matters
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting
· Minimum of 1-3 years experiences in Accounting
· Strong knowledge of taxation

4. Credit Controller Staff
Responsible to control credit customer, analyses accounts and complete administration problem related to billing
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting
· Minimum of 1 year experiences in handling cash management or A/R collection

5. Finance staff
Responsible for working on the basic of the journal, manage cash flow for payment and general administration.
Requirements :
· Diploma in Accounting / Management
· Minimum of 1-2 years experiences in handling journal or cash management

6. Accounting Staff
Responsible for good recording of all transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting

7. Recruitment Officer
Responsible in all process of recruitment and selection
Requirements:
· Master of Psychologist
· Minimum of 2 years experience in doing the assessment
· Good command of spoken and written English

8. Trainer
-To conduct product training for existing customers in group/classroom settings, online, or one-on-one basis;
-To carry out training needs analysis; to design course materials and other documentations;
-To support and coach learners using Virtual Learning Environment;
-To evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes as well as to monitor the progress of trainees
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Education from IKIP or FKIP, majoring in English
· Minimum of 2 years experience in delivering learning and teaching materials
· Good knowledge of various educational curriculum
· Having experience conducting training modules in various settings, carrying out training needs analysis and training evaluation
· Excellent command of English, both oral and written
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently in a dynamic and high-pressure environment

9. Training Officer
Responsible to design, create, and summarize the training evaluation; in addition, to deliver the training programs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in any major; preferably from Psychology / Management
· Minimum of 2 years experience as behaviour researcher or training evaluator is a must; has the experience as trainer or speaker is the advantages.
· Able to make the measurements of the training module
· Strong statistical knowledge is a must
· Able to provide training and doing “Return On Training Investment (ROTI)” is an advantage
· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

10. Human Resources Management Officer
Responsible for maintain and update personnel administration related to Industrial Relation and Formalities
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in any major; preferably from law
· Minimum of 3-5 years in handling Industrial Relation
· Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and to make company regulation & policies
· Good interpersonal skill

11. Procurement Officer
Responsible for purchasing including technical and specialized procurement of supplies, equipment and services
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer / Chemical Engineer / Industrial Engineering
· Minimum of 1 year experience in Procurement field
· Good communication skill, able to negotiate, fast learner, problem solver, self motivated, proactive team player
· Good command of spoken and written in English

12. Customer Service Representative
Partnering with Sales Executive, to ensure all back office sales activities are completed and simultaneously grow the business
Requirements:

15. Account Manager
Grow sales of IT solution in existing customers and develop new business opportunities
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science

17. System Engineer
Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; preparing technical documentation.

- Good knowledge of Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic.net, Java, SQL Server
· Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Programmer or Application Engineer

18. Technical Support – IT
Responsible of networks and PC’s installation and troubleshooting
Requirements:
· Graduate of Computer Science

19. Maintenance Staff
Responsible in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipments (including installation, repairing, and preventive maintenance)
Requirement:
· Graduate of High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Electrical or Machine Engineering
· Minimum of 1 year experience as Maintenance staff
· Wide knowledge of building maintenance system (mechanical and electrical)
· Able to work independently as well as in a team

20. Secretary
Provide all secretarial support function / services
Requirements:
- Graduate of Academy Secretary
