Job Title: SQM (Service Quality Management) Surveillance Engineer                                

Department: Managed Service

Reporting to: Managed Service Delivery Manager                       

Location: Saudi Arabia

 Job Description:

  • Responsible for 24x7 monitoring of mobile services of high value customers through Huawei SQM tool
  • Proactively detect and resolve service issues
  • Utilize tools to isolate the cause of service issues
  • Assess and escalate system issues to RAN and/or Core Network operations

Professional Related Working Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in operator or Managed Services environment in Operations surveillance team
  • Good understanding of mobile service call flows, e.g. Voice call, SMS, prepaid and data services
  • Possess fundamental mobile communications network structure knowledge, e.g. HLR, IN, SGSN, GGSN, MSS, MGW, BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB

Qualification Requirements

  • 4 year university degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering
  • Language Skills: English, Arabic(Optional)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is resourceful
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
  • Good written and oral communication skills to help generate reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to completion
  • Good working attitude and analytical skills

Minum susunya masih ASI atau sufor? Sudah berlangsung lama belum? Karena jika masih ASI itu normal. Namun jika sufor biasanya sekali sehari atau bahkan 2 hari sekali. Mungkin gak cocok sufornya. Dicoba ganti aja.
