5.Successful candidate will assist 5 bosses (2 expatriate and 3 indo citizen). So english is a must and have "can-do" attitude since you will expected to do multi tasking.
6. Must willing to go for business trip domestic and overseas (colombia,malaysia,singapore).
7.There is a reason why the email address should send to personal email and Mba romina can not post her details on vacancy Ads. So I believe we will respect to this decision.
8.Mba romina currently just back from her business trip and have limited access to check her personal email address.so that is why there's delay on the response..

I was also overwhelmed to see that there are so much interested applicants. I had been abroad and just opened my personal email today.
I was clearly overlooked the importance of disclosing the nature of my company and accidentally raised suspicions amongst the applicants.
I am working in Crude Palm Oil plantations and mills company that has branches in many parts of Indonesia and has a few subsidiaries abroad. Our main head office is in North Jakarta. I, however, could not disclose the name of my company just yet because this is not a formal inquiry by the HRD and I don't want to breach the procedure. I was merely looking for my replacement as I planning to resign on January 2013.
I couldn't reply to all the emails inquiring information about my post. So, I would summarize into this:
1. YES, you have to possess excellent English because 2 of the bosses are expatriates
2. There are 5 bosses that you will assist (both work related, and personal)
3. Travel abroad: mostly Colombia, Malaysia, Singapore
Domestic: North Sumatera, South Sumatera, West Kalimantan, Central and East Java.

Unless I mistaken,I saw so many emails asking the same question :
1. What is the company name
2. Company details
3. Even there is 1 email informing you that she received bunch of application + CV from other colleague here and though that her personal email address is the "drop box" for interested candidate to send their CV.
Until today, again....unless I mistaken or I overlooked the email...I haven't see any clarification or response from your side personally.
Please consider that most member of this mailing list are graduated from same place..our place...Tarakanita.
And as a friend / family...we do support and share. That is why I sincerely say thank you for your info/share vacancy position as director secretary to replace you.
Would you kindly do for once and for all as below :
1.Confirming that the post is still open or closed
2. Give details for your company name or even your office email address, so our friend that interested to apply will do research first through google,before they apply.
I believe as a good assistant / secretary, we can't automatically attracted with email you have send as bottom.
Because, at least we need to have :
Your company name
Your contact details
Your confirmation on when is the sucessful candidate expected to start working.
