PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities :
The incumbent will be responsible to strengthen distributor operations team in Indonesia. He/She will also be working in close collaboration with distributor sales manager in managing trade relationships, implementing plans and programs developed, and providing input to shape strategies and plans.
Requirements :
* University degree or equivalent
* Min 5 years experience in FMCG's sales & distribution / channel management / field trade marketing
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge in legislation, external relations, marketing standards in tobacco industry (desirable)
* Proven skills in management & leadership of teams & building teamwork
Function Skills :
* Territory and field force planning and management
* Trade marketing and POC consumer activation
* Key Account Management
* Customer services and call center management
* Merchandising
* Shelf space management
* Category management
* Distribution Management
* Field intelligence, data gathering, KPI monitoring / reporting
* Negotiation skills
* Financial skills
* External environment (taxation, trade pricing, external / corporate relations, legal)
