Setuju dengan mba dewi,

Biasanya karet hak sepatu sudah tipis atau bahannya terbuat plastik, ganti karetnya ke stop n go or something. Lalu coba rasakan apa berbeda suaranya. Mungkin benar, yang komplain adalah yang sirik dan gak sibuk alias duduk saja. Yah secre kan sibuk yah.

Atau sepatu wedges boleh, atau bawa aja sepatu yang Nǵªª berhak untuk di dalam kantor. Kalo kantorku sih bisa pake sendal semi formal. Sediakan beberapa sepatu juga di ktr.

Yah semoga HRD-nya lebih objective asal bukan tujuan tuh HRD untuk menyingkirkan kamu dengan membuat gak betah situasi kerja kamu.

Boleh Sy coba beri pendapat untuk email mba dibawah ya...

1.Sepengetahuan sy tidak ada peraturan perusahaan yang melarang kita pakai sepatu hak 3cm...dan saya belum menemukan point "apabila sepatu yg anda gunakan mengganggu telinga sekitarnya,maka anda akan diberikan teguran oleh pihak hrd"..mungkin bisa mba tanyakan latar belakang hukum/peraturan yg membuat mba sampai dipanggil hrd. Apalagi mba yakin kalau banyak staff kantor lain yg memakai hak sepatu lebih tinggi dan berisik juga.


2. Biasanya kalau pakai sepatu+ terdengar berisik apabila jalan...lantainya pasti parket(kayu) dan biasanya ybs seorang yg sibuk,jdnya berjalan mesti gesit / cepat...jadinya bunyi..tuk..tak..tuk..tak...
saran saya: biasanya saya suka minta tukang sol sepatu deket rumah menambah sedikit lapisan bahan karet dibawah hak-nya jadinya saat jalan akan "nyaris tak terdengar...:) )...

3.Mohon maaf bukan bermaksud kompor...namun apabila mba herbe dipanggil hrd hanya karena masalah sepatu berisik ,berhak 3cm...sementara banyak staff lain yg bgt juga...sy hanya bilang..."Sabar y mba...anggap aja mba celebritis dikantor, and banyak yg iri ama sepatu mba yg bagus :) "

Jadi..saran saya..tetep minta latar belakang peraturan sesuai poin 1, lalu lapisi hak-selop pakai karet sedikit ke tukang sol sepatu..
Dan..keep calm...:)

Need help nih masa dikantor aku ditegor sama HRD tentang sepatu yang aku pakai, aku memakai sepatu berhak 3cm Hrd memangil aku dengan alasan ada beberapa staf yang komplain dengan suara sepatuku, padahal banyak staf yang lain memakai sepatu yang lebih tinggi dan terdengar lebih berisik. butuh saran bagaimana seharusnya saya bersikap dan apa ada yang punya saran sepatu untuk sekretaris yang tidak mengeluarkan suara berisik Note. Padahal atasan saya langsung tidak pernah komplain dengan saya.
