Requirements:

a. Must have -Star Hotel or Mall experience.

b. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

c. Flexibility, adaptability and teamwork.

d. Assisted general maintenance operation such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonary, electrical, airconditioning.

e. Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.

Attractive salary, negotiable and depending on experiences.

Pengusaha Gugat Aturan "Outsourcing"

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Setelah beberapa kali molor dari rencana, Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan
Transmigrasi (Menakertrans) Muhaimin Iskandar akhirnya mengeluarkan
aturan main baru tentang sistem alih daya alias outsourcing.
Saat ini, peraturan yang Muhaimin teken Kamis (15/11/2012) pekan lalu
ini masih dalam proses pengundangan oleh Kementerian Hukum dan HAM.

Tapi, belum apa-apa, ketentuan anyar soal outsourcing yang termaktub dalam peraturan menakertrans (permenakertrans)tersebut sudah mengundang protes dari Asosiasi Bisnis Alih Daya Indonesia
(ABADI). Mereka sudah bulat untuk menggugat beleid ini karena bisa
mematikan bisnis outsourcing.

Soalnya, pemerintah lewat permenakertrans itu cuma membolehkan lima jenis pekerjaan untuk dialih daya. Yakni, jasa kebersihan (cleaning service), keamanan, transportasi, katering, serta migas dan pertambangan. Alih
daya ini berpola hubungan kerja dengan perusahaan pengerah jasa pekerja

Reza V. Maspaitella, Kepala Divisi Humas dan Informasi ABADI, menyatakan, aturan baru outsourcing itu jelas bertentangan dengan Undang Undang tentang Ketenagakerjaan.
"Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan masih memberikan ruang penambahan sektor pekerjaan alih daya di luar yang lima itu," tegas Reza, akhir pekan
lalu.

Nah, setelah resmi diundangkan, ABADI bakal langsung mendaftarkan gugatan ke Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara
(PTUN) agar permenakertrans itu dibatalkan. Reza menyayangkan sikap
pemerintah yang lebih cenderung mendengarkan satu pihak tanpa
memperhatikan kelangsungan industri alih daya.

Menurut Reza, pembatasan alih daya bisa berpengaruh terhadap pembukaan
lapangan kerja dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Ia menghitung, dari total 20
juta pekerja outsourcing yang ada saat ini, perusahaan hanya mampu mengangkat menjadi karyawan tetap sekitar 30persen - 40 persen. "Sisanya, mereka terancam kehilangan pekerjaan," ungkapnya.
Beda dengan pelaku usaha, buruh mendukung aturan main baru soal outsourcing. Itu sebabnya, Said Iqbal, Presiden Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja
Indonesia (KSPI), bilang, adalah hak ABADI untuk menggugat. Buruh
sendiri memahami frasa "antara lain" dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan adalah,
cuma ada lima jenis pekerjaan saja yang boleh dialihdayakan. "Pemerintah pun sudah sepaham dengan buruh," tambah dia.
