1. Microbiologist
Responsibilities:

* Manage small projects
* Review progress of projects and initiate appropriate actions to achieve project objectives
* Responsible for performing microbiological testing on raw materials and intermediates
* Participate in the development of protocols
* Write project reports
* Manage the microbiological laboratory

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Microbiology or related field

2. Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:

* Deliver innovative mechanical designs, fabrication, and specification for production
* Create piece part and assembly level CAD 3D models, drawings and design specifications. Apply Six Sigma design principles to ensure robustness and Design for Manufacturability
* Develop specific mechanical components / mechanisms to be integrated with final product
* Plan, schedule and manage mechanical project deliverables in a coordinated, multi-disciplinary project team environment. Responsible for all mechanical aspects of each project from design through to release to tooling and manufacturing
* Ensure the integrity of all mechanical design outputs, including documentation, revision control, product regulatory testing and approvals, intellectual property opportunities, etc
* Coordinate with other functions outside of R&D including production, product management, outside agencies, vendors, etc
* Perform or direct tasks in support of new product development efforts such as drafting, literature, research, prototype fabrication, experiments, testing, etc. Assist in budget and resource forecasting for departmental activities and technical projects
* Carry out performance optimization, cost analyses, prototyping, and design support for production

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant, preferably specialized in Design
* At least 2-3 year's of hands-on experience designing mechanical components and assemblies.
* Good knowledge with 2D/3D CAD/ CAM software, preferably Vertex and Solid work, ProEng, and AutoCAD
* Must be able to create parts, multi-component assemblies and dimensioned drawings to company standards. Strong ability with geometric and dimensional tolerance analysis, tolerance stack-up and tolerance optimization.
* Strong background in materials, production fabrication techniques, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and processes including sheet metal processing, other background in injection molding, die-casting and machining will be an advantage.
* Prior experience in a product development / R&D environment is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability in documenting technical work to make the complex simple.
* Emphasis will be placed on candidates who have demonstrated success in taking similar products through the complete design cycle
* Good command of spoken and written English

3. Electronics Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Electronics design and product development, from conceptualization, initial design, prototyping, to implementation
o Embedded system hardware and firmware design
o Digital and analog electronic circuit design
o Power electronics
o PCB design and layout
o PC software for monitoring and control applications
* Carry out performance optimization, cost analysis, prototyping, until production
* Component selection, testing, and evaluation
* Work closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure products meet all specifications
* Hardware, firmware, and software documentation (design documents, flowcharts, operation manuals, test procedures, etc.)
* Troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging of firmware and hardware for existing products
* Writing of technical specifications for submission to subcontractors for circuit design, firmware coding, contract manufacturing for certain products

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering / Electronics, with strong background in embedded system design
* Relevant work experience of 2-3 years in a product development / R&D environment

Responsibilities:
In charge of gas sourcing from the stranded gas reserves all around Indonesia in order to execute gas distribution business
Create, implement, evaluate and develop the strategy and execution plan for gas trading for its own uses
Identify and search the stranded gas reserves for the new Business opportunities
Negotiate and deal with the owner of stranded gas reserves for gas purchasing
Work collaboratively with internal and external parties; company executives, team members, peers, legal/financial advisors and other relevant parties
Open communication channel with key industry players and government officials and maintain the relationships
Develop information on key trends and strategic issues impacting the gas industry and the company
Create research report on specific topics (e.g., market trend, government policy, major players' trend, and etc.) of interest on irregular basis
Summarize laws, policies regarding Oil & Gas Upstream and Downstream business and update regularly
Requirements:
Min 32 years old, Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, MBA preferred
Specialized in dealing with gas trading for its own uses
Extensive knowledge of the natural gas market in Indonesia
Experience in negotiating and dealing with major E&P companies for purchasing gas
Three to seven years experience in the gas industry (including minimum of three years experience of gas trading)
Work experiences in top tier gas companies preferred
Experience working with international companies and in multi-cultural settings preferred
Strong project management skills
Extensive network with government officials and individual companies in gas industry
Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking)
Self-motivated and able to work with limited direction
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
