Kami sebuah Konsultan Design and Built berlokasi di Bandung membutuhkan :

1. ARSITEK ( ARS )
- Lulusan minimal S1 Arsitektur
- Pengalaman lebih diutamakan, fresh gradute boleh melamar
- Dapat membaca gambar kerja arsitektur dan struktur

- Mahir menggunakan program autocad, 3dsMax, Photoshop,dll untuk menunjang program desain.
- Dapat mengkoordinir pekerjaan di lapangan bersama tim pembangunan

- Mengerti dasar-dasar surat menyurat, pembukaan dan administrasi proyek
- Menguasai program dasar MS office ( word, excel, powerpoint,dll )
- Mempunyai kendaraan minimal sim C
- Bersedia bertugas di luar kantor mengawasi proyek
- Rajin, jujur , disiplin,mau semangat belajar dan dapat bekerjasama dalam team ataupun individual

We have more than two decades (35 Years) of experience supplying complete workforces or selected work groups to meet the short and long term employment requirements of Major Indonesian and International clients on projects and operations Throughout Indonesia.

 

Our Client, A Leading Engineering Construction Company, urgently requires the following position:

Senior Piping Designer

Requirements & Qualification: 

• Male :  Maximal 45 Years 
• Education: Have a Bachelor Degree (minimum), from reputable University.
• Required overall piping design experience: 15-18 years
• Minimum piping and pipe support design experience as applicable to offshore platforms: 10-12 years
• Hands-on exposure to PDMS / MDS applications: 5-6 years
• Must be able to liaise with pipe stress engineers and clearly understand the stress requirements for the design of pipe supports
• Must be able to communicate well within the team as well as with other discipline personnel, especially the Structural group
• Must have the ability to plan in advance the locations and types of service support frames for critical as well as non-critical piping systems
• Must be a self-starter, shall be able to foresee problems, and possess the commitment to meet tight schedule deadlines with quality design
• Must have worked as an MDS designer on at least two offshore platform projects in the recent past (within the last 3-4 years)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Personnel with piping design certification qualification with a strong background may be considered.
• Fluent In Speak English and Writing
