Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major in a recognized university..

Requirements:

    1. Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies.

    3. Civilian background (not a military/police background) but good working knowledge on strategic security, safety and crisis management.

    11. As necessary required participate in projects and Business Lines monthly review meetings.

1.    Responsible for developingand maintainingthe implementation of company security strategy & crisis management plansin all location.
2.    Accountable for implementation in area of responsibility and for team Security & Crisis Management Scorecard actions.
3.    Accountable to develop a process to capture key issues related to potential security and crisis (Early warning system) and responsible to propose mitigation measures and actions to project team.
4.    Responsible to establish and mantain communicationwith key local stakeholders including the authorities to bridging of their needs to the Project team.
5.    Responsible to establish, develop and communicate good relation with local peoples and employees in order to improve industrial relationship.
6.    Accountable to coordinate andarrangesecurity talks / communicationbetween sites / locations in order to enhance responsiveness against security issues.
7.    Responsible to monitor and control mass people demonstration handlingactivities in order to ensure mass people demonstration is carried out in peace and under control.

VACANCY

An Oil and Gas Company based in Jakarta is currently looking for a Petrophysicist.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

•
To define the petrophysical model integrating all petrophysical data
(logs, core, mud logging and test) to support Exploration, Production
& Development activities.
• Perform formation evaluation to
identify hydrocarbon bearing levels, quantify main petrophysical
parameters (porosity, permeability, Sw), determine net pay, identify
fluid contacts, define main geological characters of the subsurface
formation which have impact on the creation of the static
(geological/petrophysical) model of the reservoir for the correct
evaluation of HIIP and perform the interpretation of cased hole
measurements aimed at reservoir optimization and reservoir management
activities.
• Perform quantitative interpretation and analysis in
open hole, while drilling and cased hole logs to determine lithology
and formation properties (porosity, saturation, net pay) to identify
hydrocarbon bearing levels and fluid contacts. Perform the
petrophysical interpretation of the subsurface formations integrating
all the data available using routine, special core analysis, surface
logging, dynamic data, and petrographical, stratigraphical, structural
and sedimentological data to generate the most appropriate
petrophysical model.
• Assist in the preparation of well data
acquisition programs for the petrophysical evaluation and perform the
final QC of the acquisition.
• Assist in the preparation of well testing program.
• Determine objectives of coring programs and laboratory requirements.
• Evaluate third parties petrophysical jobs and reports and make the necessary recommendations.

The following skills, qualifications and experience are required :

• BSc in Petroleum Geology, Physics or in a relevant discipline.
•
At least 10 years experience in petrophysical interpretation (cased and
open hole, clastic and carbonate lithologies and diagenesis, and
fractures detection from logs), preferably with an Operating oil
company.
• Understanding of fluid properties and dynamics, fractures
and faults systems, clastic and carbonate sedimentology and diagenesis,
risk and uncertainty analysis and volumetric estimates.
• Fully
conversant in the use of G&G databases, petrophysical

Reporting to the Asset
Protection Superintendent, this challenging and exciting position will

graduate from University with a degree in relevant fields. At least 3
years experience in an emergency response and training role. Good
communication and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral
and written) are desirable. Excellent computer skills and a sound
knowledge of mining, construction, oil and gas or similar industry.
Must be a team player with above average man management and leadership
skills. Willingness to learn, work hard with diligence, honesty, high
motivation

This position will be responsible for implementing

Qualification:

* Two (2) or more years of finance experience, including budgeting and grant management.
* A university degree in finance, accounting or a related business field is required.

* One years experience in the Finance Department of a non-government organization.

* Familiarity with major international donor rules and non-profit accountingPrior experience with computerized general ledger software.

* Advanced computer skill in MS office programs, particularly Excel and Access.

* Strong analytical skill coupled with a solid understanding of grant management rules.

responsibilities:

* Conduct sub-grantee
pre-award assessments and recommend modifications to the sub-grant agreement
and/or monitoring plan to lessen financial and compliance risk.
* Manage the compliance
review requirement for sub-grantee/local partner.
* Provide on going training
and support to sub-grantees in Mercy Corps sub-grant financial procedures and
assist in conducting formal sub-grantee training workshops.
* Review sub-grantee
financial reports, assist in sub-grantee site audits and follow up on sub-grant
compliance issue.
* Maintain sub-grant
financial files, process sub-grantee payments and reconcile sub-grant financial
tracking to general ledger reports.
* Conduct regular audit to
project site for direct implementation program/contracting and follow up on
compliance issue
