Field Supervisor (Code : SP-Spv)

Responsibilities :

1.      Evaluating workmanship and quality.

2.      Safety and quality of work performed within the construction function.

 

Job Desc :

1.      Provides oversight of field activities.

2.      Monitors the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.

3.      Ensures all safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility.

4.      Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, job manpower forecasts.

5.      Daily work reports.

6.      Keeps project management informed of project status, highlighting deviations from plans.

7.      Reject any works that does not comply with specification and/or drawing.

8.      Reject any materials that do not comply with specification and/or of inferior quality.

 

Requirement :

1.      Diploma Degree in Civil/Architecture

2.      Minimum 2 years as Field Supervisor on Multinational Contractor Company.

3.      At least 1 (One) years of working ecperience in finishing works required for this position

·         Design & Implement Finance Accounting system & procedure

Responsibilities:
v  Manage the design and Develop of tools to assist manager employee compensation benefit program.
v  Guide Manager  though compensation decisions.
v  Implement reward system
v  Prepare budget for HR.
v  Ensure competitive compensation and benefit with market.
v  Conduct regular compensation and benefit review.
v  Conduct regular job evaluation
v  Identify and determine the causes of C&B problem and develop recomendation
v  Review and prepare the annual operation plan and HR budget based on existing compensation and benefit packages.
 
Requirement:
v  Male max 35 years old
v  Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring in Human Resource Management / Law / other HR related major.
