saya påernah baca biografi menkes almarhumah,
dulu dia juga pas mau sekolah ke luar negri di halang2in sama atasanya (beliau juga PNS).
tapi dulu dia keukeuh apply terus dapat, tapi izin masih belum dapet, akhirnya dia langsung tembak ke atasanya yang paling tinggi (ane lupa, dulu mentri kesehatan atau deputinya)..
tapi akhirnya karena yang paling atas sudah iya, yang dibawah yang dulunya menolak juga nanti juga ngijinin...maklum di PNS kan , semua orang takut atasan...hehe

Pak krisna, memang seharusnya masuk tubel ya, tapi setelah saya bertemu kepala BKD beliau beralasan tidak bisa memberi status tubel kepada saya karena info beasiswa ini saya cari2 sendiri, berarti saya belajar karena inisiatif saya, dan beliau tidak merasa memerintahkan saya untuk sekolah lagi. Yang bisa dibilang tubel kalau menurut beliau jika pemberi beasiswa memberi undangan dulu ke pemda/instansi, baru oleh BKD diteruskan ke bawah. Saya sudah menjelaskan kalau kebanyakan teman2 yang berangkat dulunya juga karena inisiatif sendiri, tapi beliau tidak mau tahu:). Kalau saya nekat mau berangkat harus dengan cuti diluar tanggungan, berhubung masa kerja baru 3 tahun, berarti saya harus menunggu 2 tahun lagi.
Agak down juga pertamanya, tapi email respons teman2 PNS lain sangat menginspirasi untuk maju terus:)).. Jadi, ini masih mencoba cara lain, sempat berpikir mungkin form-nya saya mintakan ttd ke kepala puskesmas sj (tp ya jelas tidak bisa menceritakan kondisi sebenarnya,he..) ntar kalau ternyata lolos saya cari dukungan ke pejabat lain,haha.., dan banyak ide lain yang diusulkan teman2..
@pak albert: saya ragu info yang lewat internet akan mengena pada pimpinan saya.. Ketika saya akan menunjukkan peraturan2 tentang tubel yang saya browsing malam sebetulnya, kepala BKD saya bilang :"jangan yg hasil browsing loh ya, gimana saya ngeceknya" :D...
Oh ya, saya mencoba kontak australian embassy bag scholarship, dan ternyata dibalas sodara2...yayy..Senangnya... Ternyata mereka sudah kirim pemberitahuan ke jatim, tapi kelihatannya nggak nyampe tempat saya, as always, pemberitahuan beasiswa spesialis depkes juga sering begitu.. So..keep fighting dah...

Iya mbak Dian,seharusnya bisa masuk tugas belajar dan sifatnya tidak harus disuruh atasan ataupun lembaga sponsor mengajukan ke instansi terkait. Kalau di BPK, ADS kebetulan ada MoU dan tes dilakukan internal antara BPK dgn pihak ADS. Untuk sponsor yg tidak ada MoU, dlm hal ini bisa dikatakan "mencari sendiri" juga tidak ada masalah. Contohnya jika di BPK, banyak teman2 saya yg dapat beasiswa StuNed dari Nesso, dan itu cari dgn usaha sendiri. Setelah dapat beasiswa ybs mengajukan tugas belajar ke Sekjen melalui Biro SDM dan biasanya tidak pernah ada halangan karena human resources adalah aset berharga, jika nanti selesai & kembali ke instansi maka akan dpt memberikan konstribusi dari knowledge yg didapat.

Jika mmg jalan terkahir adalah mengajukan cuti di luar tanggungan negara, untuk beasiswa sekelas ADS worthed kok. Walau secara masa kerja akan tertinggal selama masa studi. Tapi setahu saya kalo ambil cuti di luar tanggungan negara, saat anda kembali tingkat pendidikan anda yg baru tidak bisa diakui langsung karena tidak ada tugas/ijin belajarnya. Ada plus/minusnya, kembali ke mbak dian mau ambil pilihan yg mana. Mohon koreksinya jika saya salah.
