[vacancy] VACANCY FOR STORE KEEPER & COST CONTROL

 

We are looking for :
 Human Resources Manager
·         Bachelor degree (S-1) in Hospitality/Psychology/HR management
·         Male / Female, Age between 30 - 40 years old
·        Has strong and effective leadership
·        Minimum 10 years experience, at the last 5 years as Manager for multinational companies (preferably in hospitality)
·  Have a skill in managing and developing people, organization development, training development, Human Resource Information System  and Performance evaluation
·        Deep understanding in Psychology Test Tools
·        Strategic planning and operations management skills to establish and achieve long terms goals as well as performed business targets.
·        Strong communication and excellent change management skills (strong interpersonal and facilitations skills) and communicate to all level internally and externally
·        Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedules
·        Excellent for both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
·        Sound negotiation and problem solving skills
·        Deal with external consultants on HR matters such as benchmarking of salaries and benefits
·        Training and development of senior management staff
·        Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, including Recruitment & Hiring
·        Based in Bali with frequent traveling to Jakarta
 Responsibilities (in general) such as:
·        HR Administration : Control Employee Contract, Probation, Daily Freelance, Apprentice, Termination, Resignation, Rotation, Promotion, Demotion, Transfer / Mutation, Personal File, Employee Data Base, budgeting etc
·        Employee Relationships : Control Certificate of Employment, ID Card, employee account number, appointment letter, Reward & Sanction, Company Regulation, Public Relation, Employee Communication Forum, Ceremony, Sport, HR event, Family Gathering, uniform etc
·        Compensation : Control Payroll,  Over Time, incentive, fixed & not fixed allowance, loan, Car Ownership Program (COP), bonus, salary scheme, conduit (tardiness, attendance, sick, permit, absent, etc), annual leave, long leave etc.
·        Benefit Implementation: Insurance (Medical Claim, Hospitalization etc), JAMSOSTEK, Pension (DPLK), minimum wage district (UMK    ), Medical Check Up etc.
·        People Development :Control & Conduct Training (Induction, Management, Technical, On The Job Training, Competency etc), Recruitment, Man Power Planning, Turn Over Analysis, HR Form & Standard, Career Path, Performance Appraisal, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Monitoring, Employee Mapping (Human Asset Value Mapping), Man Power Statistic, Organization Structure, Job Description, Competency Matrix, Consulting & Counseling etc.
