NEED URGENT ACCOUNT PAYABLE

QUALIVICATION:

• Male/Female
• S1 Degree
• 1 or 2 years experiance in account payable
• max 28 Years Old

Job Desk:

• Handling Invoice From Marketing Dept. , Petty Cash and from travel agent
• managing invoice registration process
• input all invoice to oracle not more then 2 days after invoice received date
• Ensure invoice was inputed
• manage invoice verification
• prepare payment for all invoice due date every wednesday
• handling travel allowance reimbursment
