Qualifications:
• Male, Max 38 years old
• Bachelor or Magister Degree from reputable University (preferably from Accounting or Finance)
• Having experience in banking, funding, cash flow mining project, and finance
• Having at least 5 years of working experience as finance manager in mining company
• Having experience to making a financial & accounting report.
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork,
monitoring and controlling.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Willing to work long hours if required
• Fluent in English both verbal and non verbal (Mandarin and Korean are advantage)
• Can work under pressure
Finance Staff
Qualifications:
• Male / Female minimum D3 in Finance Major
• Single, Age Min. 24 years old
• Experienced in the same position (at the least in the same area), minimum 2 years
• Qualified on cost accountant area.
• Having strong analytical thinking n highly attentive to details.
• Capable in English literate written and verbal
• Can work under pressure and able to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to learn
• Will support finance manager
Project Manager
Qualifications:
• Male, Max 38 years old
• Bachelor or Magister Degree from reputable University (preferably from Mining Engineering)
• Willing to work long hours if required
• Strong initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
• Highly motivated and pleasant personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Min. 5 years working experience within mining company
• Fluent in English both verbal and non verbal (Mandarin and Korean are advantage)
• Can work under pressure
• At least 5 (five) years applicable experiences in managing Heavy
• Equipments & Dump Truck for coal and minerals mining operation
• Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities
HRD Supervisor
Qualifications:
· Female/Male,
max. 38 years old
· Experience min. 3 years in the same
position (at the least in the miningcompany)
· Familiar
with labour regulations
· Recognized Degree in HR Management, Industrial
Engineering or Law with relevant working experience
· Strong at both Strategic, Analytical
and Tactical Problem Solving Skills.
· Strong Communication and Influencing
Skills.
· Strong Leadership and Coaching
Skills.
· Leadership Maturity in handling
difficult and challenging situation.
· Strong knowledge about recruitment, employee

Qualifications:
