AIDA Consultant is a consulting firm that one of his ministry is to provide professional candidates for companies that need. Currently we are looking for professionals to:
| OUR CLIENT | An Garment Manufacturing Company located in Jakarta |
| JOB POSITION | Performance Improvement Manager (Code: PIM) |
| RESPONSIBILITY | § TQM work plan preparation (Identify critical performance improvement needs and create annual TQM Training Plan & Project Plan § Maintain and update TQM training materials § Deliver training with the relevant TQM tools and techniques to the TQM project team § Regularly review the progress of each TQM project team and further training and guidance on the TQM projects needed § Provide project team with project support |
| QUALIFICATION | § Expert in application of continuous improvement methods and project management § Able to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects § Experience in creating and implementing strategy and programs to develop continuous improvement culture in factory § Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining cooperation relationship with all stakeholders in rolling all continuous improvement § Male/Female, 30 - 35 years old § Preference to have green belt or black belt in six sigma § Have 3 – 5 years experience in the same area § Fluent in English is a must § Minimum bachelor degree from IT or IE major |
