AIDA Consultant is a consulting firm that one of his ministry is to provide professional candidates for companies that need. Currently we are looking for professionals to:
| OUR CLIENT | An Garment Manufacturing Company located in Jakarta |
| JOB POSITION | Management Servise/IE Manager (Code: MS/IE Mgr) |
| RESPONSIBILITY | § Design overall plant lay out, identify opportunities for improvement § Develop the tools and processes for effective transportation of materials between various areas of the plant § Work content reduction, work aids and machine evaluation § Production balancing and layout § New IE Concepts and Tools § Kaizen (continuous improvement) leadership |
| QUALIFICATION | § Minimum bachelor degree from industrial engineering major § Preferably have experience from electrical manufacturing company § Have good people management skill (Manage at least 5 people) § Have driving to produce result § Focus on solution & good team player § Focus on customer and have good influence skill § Have experience as Kaizen Leader § High Analytical Skill § Have good project management skill § Have good attitude § Male/Female, 30 - 40 years old § Have 3 – 5 years experience in the same area § Fluent in English is a must |
