AIDA Consultant is a consulting firm that one of his ministry is to provide professional candidates for companies that need. Currently we are looking for professionals to:
| OUR CLIENT | An Garment Manufacturing Company located in Jakarta |
| JOB POSITION | Material Management Supervisor (Code: MMS) |
| RESPONSIBILITY | § Material Management Analysis (Establish a process of measuring performance and tracking key material management KPI § Identify the primary opportunities for performance improvement in each KPI § Hold a regular meeting with the production, cutting and QA teams to communicate material management target § Report performance against the target to enable the accountable departments to uncover the root causes behind their failure to achieve target and to create an action plan for improvement § Establish a process for evaluating the performance of fabric suppliers with respect to their conformance § Based on the cutting requirements and fabric quality from the lab report, generate a cutting plan to maximize fabric utilization |
| QUALIFICATION | § Male/Female, 27 - 35 years old § Have 3 – 5 years experience in the same area from garment manufacturing company § Fluent in English is a must § Minimum bachelor degree § Able to lead a team |
