ADMIN, LEGAL AND SECRETARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
* The position will be handled and responsible for handle all of
issues/matters, monitoring and update progress of job issues
* Provide administrative support
* maintain Client's personal documents, maintaining filing of
documents & submit weekly report
* To arranging all meeting and correspondences with all
department or third party
* Gather compile, verify and analyze information for the
executive to use in documents such as memos, letter, presentation,
release and reports.
* Plan, organize and schedule own workload so these activities
are completed accurately and on time.
* All activities may include preparing documents and
presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming
correspondence, inquires, drafting letter and official information
release, meeting and distributing minutes.
* Maintaining relationship with Client, vendor and others third
party
REQUIREMENTS
* Female, max 28 years old
* Preferably Master Degree majoring in Law from reputable
university
* Min. 3 year experience in well-known company, preferably in
multinational companies
* Having experience in Handling Corporate Secretary matters
* Good communication/fluent skill in English language (written
and spoken) is a MUST
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)&
good paper work ability
* Good personality, interpersonal skill, good communication
skill and able to work under pressure and long hours
* Extensive experience in the coordination, planning, and
support of daily operational and administrative functions
* Good interpersonal skill and able to work in a team work as
well as individually
* Having ability to be given and perform high-quality work
within tight deadlines
