APICAL is the downstream business of Asian Agri Group (www.asianagri.com), a key member of PT. Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) Indonesia (www.rgei.com). APICAL has strong refinery operations in Indonesia and China. A leading player in the palm oil industry, it is an integrated consumer products manufacturer with a range of vegetable oil-based value-add products including cooking oil, margarine, shortening, frying fat, and biodiesel.
 
APICAL's refineries are located in Jakarta Utara (KBN Marunda) with a capacity of 1,000 MT/day, Dumai (Riau – Sumatera) with a capacity of 6,400 MT/day, Tanjung Balai (Sumatera) with a capacity 325 MT/day. Bulking tank sites are located at Padang (Sumatera), Bagendang (Central Kalimantan) and Semarang (Central Java).

HR Assistant Manager
 
Job Descriptions:
  1. Perform all daily HR activities to support the HR Manager in the implementation of strategic objectives
  2. Proactively plan and manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions; sourcing and short-listing, skills & personality testing, behavioral interview, salary negotiation, medical check-up arrangement and new employee induction
  3. Administering and tracking of probationary / merit appraisals and employee contract renewals
  4. Process departmental transfers and promotions
  5. Maintain employees Leave and Attendance administration and liaise with payroll team
  6. Maintain relationship with Union and Manpower Office.
  7. Handling Employees Grievance and Counseling
  8. Maintaining Jamsostek administration which includes of Occupational Accident Benefit, Death Benefit, Old Age Benefit and Medical Benefit
  9. Maintaining the Staff training program requirements and create the program to meet career development need
 
Requirements:
  1. Male / Female, maximum 38 years old.
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Psychology.
  3. Minimum 6 years experience on HR field with 4 years as Supervisor in manufacturing.
  4. Have experience handling Medical Insurance, Jamsostek, Payroll and good knowledge of Labor Laws, and HR administration process.
  5. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills of both spoken and written English
  6. Detail oriented and excellent skills in computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel & Email.
  7. Willing to be placed in our Manufacturing, Dumai- Riau.
