ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
Job Responsibilities:
Doing all matters related to administration duties, such as:
· Daily transaction
· Prepare quotation, PO, SO, contract document, project agreement, letters for purchasing & logistic
· Prepare tender documents
· Create invoice
· Booking ticket for national staff or expatriate - for local trip or international trip
Job Specification:
· Female
· Educational background minimum in Diploma
· Has knowledge in purchasing /logistic / accounting is an advantage
· Has experience at the same position min. 1 year, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Self-starter, able to do multiple tasks
· Able to speak English
· Honest, independent and result oriented.
