An Energy Company located
in SCBD area is looking for an Executive Secretary
Requirement:
1. Minimum Education is
D3 from Secretarial / Communication/ Administration background, with GPA minimum of 3.00 out of 4.00
2. Minimum Working
Experience is 4 years as Secretary or Personal Assistant
3. Mastering English is a must (translate correspondences from Bahasa to English and vice versa)
4. Excellent MS-Office literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
5. Good communication,
teamwork, and interpersonal skills
6.
Good organization skills (making concept or drafts of the business
correspondence)
7. Able to work over time and under pressure to meet the tight deadlines on project
