The
Executive Centre is a premium Serviced Office provider with over 41 centers at
top business addresses spanning fourteen cities in Asia. This is the busiest
Serviced Office in town hence our staff must be organized and able to work as a
team or on her own initiative, providing a high level of customer service at
all times.  Following is the qualification that we expect:

RECEPTION (REC) & SECRETARY (SEC)
Operations Department

Reports to Operations Manager.

* Female, max. 30 years old (Single is preferable)
* Ensures
that clients' requests and demands are met to the best of your professional
abilit. This includes handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback's

* Develop
rapport and professional business relationships with fellow colleagues and
clients

* Minimum of one year (REC) / two years (SEC) of Customer Service or Hospitality experience
are preferable

* Strong customer service instincts, an eye for details, and a
tendency to always go the extra mile for clients

* Able to handle any expatriate clients from Financial Services and
Multi-National Corporation.

* Presentable, Proactive & Pleasant personality

* Good team player able to work under pressure and juggle a variety
of tasks

* Professional Customer Services Skills e.g good telephone manner
and above standard operations services
* Understand to operate telephone system (PABX as well as Cisco phone)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
TAX ACCOUNTANT (TAX)
Accountant
& Finance Department
 
Reports to
the Accounting & Finance Manager, the Tax Accountant is responsible for taxation
reports.
 
Responsibilities
and Requirements:

* Female/Male,
max. 32 years old.

* Min. S1 Accounting
preferable from reputable University.

* IPK min 2.80

* Proficient
with Ms Office (formula/function), e-SPT and Accounting System (preferable Microsoft
Dynamic)

* Experience
min. 2 year, Accounting I Tax

* Experience
in Tax Reconciliation and Equalization

* Hold brevet
A&B

* Fluency in English
(spoken and written)

* Available for
overtime (if needed)

* Honest, high
integrity, smart, high responsible & high loyalty
