Personal Assistant to Creative Director
Responsibilities:
* You will be tasked to provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities.
* Handle confidential correspondence, reports and documents.
* Set up and maintain filing systems.
* Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
* Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
* Take,type and distribute minutes of meetings
* Maintain schedules and calendars
* Assist to any Secretarial Duties
Requirements:
* Female Only Maximum 35 years Old
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Fluency in oral and written English is a must
* Required skill(s): Internet, Microsoft Office, Administration and Secretarial duties, communication skill, knowledge in marketing, Design Application, and Correspondence in English
* Able to communicate in other language except English will be advantage
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
* Able to work both individually and within a team
* Willing to work in high mobility
* Have own vehicle
* Proactive,Self motivated, Good Analytical, Honest, Responsible, Smart, Creative, Dynamic and Good Interpersonal.
* 1 Full-Time position available.
Your grade and salary will be determined by your qualification and working experience
