Our client, a new Indonesian polyclinic business whose mission is to deliver quality healthcare services to Indonesia's aspiring middle class, immediately requires suitable candidates to fill the following position:

 

Sales & Marketing  (Managerial Level)

 

The candidate will have the following';

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• ·      Co-develop and execute the marketing plan for our healthcare businesses
  
• ·      Manage both ATL and BTL marketing programmes
  
• ·      Manage the annual and quarterly marketing budget
  

 

PERSONAL TRAITS :

• ·       Good creative skills, and understand the needs of our target market
  
• ·       Feels comfortable in a result-driven environment
  
• ·       willing to make a meaningful contribution to Indonesia's healthcare sector
  
• ·       Able to earn the trust of colleagues

• ·       Preferably
  

 

REQUIREMENTS :

• ·      Male
  
• ·      Below 40 years age
  
• ·     Prefer to have similar experience as Sales  Marketing Manager  in a big retail / consumer goods industries such as  Unilever, HM Sampoerna, Nutrifood, Indofood, Sidomuncul, Sinar Sosoro, lion Wings,
  
• ·     Previous experience of building long-term customer relationships, achieving significant sales growth, making sales presentations and negotiating contracts, is essential.
•     Self-motivated and results oriented team player with a professional attitude and high customer contact & service expectations.
•       Proven track record in  sales and experience with medical industries related.
  
• ·      Fluent in English both oral and written.
  
• ·      Goal oriented and can work with minor supervision.
  
• ·      Willing to work Immediately
