* Margins dan Profits: Revenues, cost structures, and profitability.
* Product and Portfolio Management: The metrics behind product strategy,termasuk  measures of    
   trial,growth, cannibalization, and brand equity.
* Customer Profitability: The value of individual customers and relationships.
* Pricing Strategy: Price sensitivity and optimization, with an eye toward setting prices to maximize profits.
* Promotion: Temporary price promotions, coupons, rebates, dan trade allowances.
* Advertising Media dan Web Metrics: The central measures of advertising coverage and       
  effectiveness,reach, frequency, rating points, dan impressions.
* Marketing dan Finance: Financial evaluation of marketing programs.
* The Marketing Metrics X-Ray: The use of metrics as leading indicators of
  opportunities, challenges, and financial performance.
