     Our client, a new Indonesian polyclinic business whose mission is to deliver quality healthcare services to Indonesia's aspiring middle class, immediately requires suitable candidates to fill the following position:

 

FINANCE for Managerial Position (Code: FM)

 

Responsibilities :

 

• ·         Providing and interpreting financial information
  
• ·         Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
  
• ·         Analysing change and advising accordingly
  
• ·         Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
  
• ·         Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
  
• ·         Analysing competitors and market trends
  
• ·         Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
  
• ·         Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  
• ·         Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
  
• ·         Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  
• ·         Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, bankers and statutory organisations 

Requirements:

• ·         Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university (post graduate would be an advantage)
  
• ·         Min. 5 years of experience in similar role in Delloite, KPMG, PWC, EY,
  
• ·         Have a deep knowledge in IFRS
  
• ·         Ability to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, cash flow analysis, understanding and monitoring business activities
  
• ·         Ability to develop and/or implement financial and treasury policy
  
• ·         Strong communication abilities with clear fluency in English
  
• ·         Result and detail oriented, with strong analytical skill
  
• ·         Self-motivated, dynamic, participate in management team, hard working and able to work under pressure
  
• ·         Having Ability to develop strong and effective internal and external relationships at different levels
  
• ·         Excellent interpretive and analytical skills to understand and assess the financial impact on the business.
