Sales support


responsibilities

  1. Acting as a point of all sales administrative related matters.
  2. Organizing and administering all contracts & materials from Marketing Consultant.
  3. Contract submission for QA approval & calendar scheduling.
  4. Contract submission to MS & Production after approval.
  5. Reporting line = Head of Sales

requirements

  1. Having at least 1 year experience in administrative management. Talented fresh graduates with internship or job training experience in admin field might be considered. Graduation of Secretarial major (high-school & diploma) is most welcome.
  2. Familiar with Microsoft office programs (word & excel) & PowerPoint.
  3. Smart, attractive, good communication skill.
  4. English communication skill (verbal & written)
