responsibilities
- Acting as a point of all sales administrative related matters.
- Organizing and administering all contracts & materials from Marketing Consultant.
- Contract submission for QA approval & calendar scheduling.
- Contract submission to MS & Production after approval.
- Reporting line = Head of Sales
requirements
- Having at least 1 year experience in administrative management. Talented fresh graduates with internship or job training experience in admin field might be considered. Graduation of Secretarial major (high-school & diploma) is most welcome.
- Familiar with Microsoft office programs (word & excel) & PowerPoint.
- Smart, attractive, good communication skill.
- English communication skill (verbal & written)
