My client based in Batam, Indonesia is responsible to ensure quality project deliveries for Surface products to their clients. I need a talented and experienced individual who can strengthen their team and support their ambitious growth plans within the APAC and MENA market. They are looking for Head of Projects.
Responsibilities and Tasks;
Deliver the projects, products and services to Customers, bear the contract responsibility and follow up the customer relationships.
• Be an integrated part of the operations and report to the General Manager.
• Secure an excellent and purposeful cooperation and relationship with the other divisions and their managers.
• On a weekly basis conduct project reviews with the project management team to secure good understanding of the project execution.
• Secure an excellent and purposeful cooperation and relationship with the Surface Centre of Excellences in Singapore to enable timely delivery to the Customers according to company strategies, policies, methods and objectives and the contract with the customers.
• Deliver the products and services to the Customers in order to obtain the objectives set by Project Execution Module, operating system, SAP and other project execution processes applicable to the projects.
• Ensure a systematic and continuous development of the division, its processes and its employees according to the Company's strategy, customer's requirements and national laws and requirements.
• Participate in the management team as the projects and division owner.
• Be responsible for the Surface project division profit and loss.
Qualifications & personal attributes
• Minimum a Bachelor Degree, Masters preferred
• Minimum 10 years of international project and contract management experience,
• An experienced Senior Project Manager from the Oil & Gas or construction industry
• Has marketing strategy experience and knowledge
• Has experience of the entire value chain for delivering high quality projects to customers on time and within budget
• Is a good communicator with a strong ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders
• Has the ability to create enthusiasm in the company
• Have good networking skills
• Is solution oriented
• Good cross cultural understanding (Preferably Asia Pacific)
