Private Equity Financial
Analysts
Our Firm, one of the subsidiaries of State Own Enterprises located in Jakarta, is seeking 2
(two)dynamic Financial Analysts
who will join agrowing team of finance
professionals with strong development mission.
The Financial Analysts will work
closely with the Private Equity Team in the firm'sprivate equity management
activities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in executing the firm's (often
pioneering) transactions
- Perform due diligence, credit analysis
and financial analysis
- Prepare transaction documents,
marketing materials and memorandums
- Research special projects
Candidates must possess the
following background and skill sets:
- A college degree (S1, preferably S2)
with a financial or business related concentration
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills especially with executive level
- Advanced in MS Word, Excel and Power Point skills
- Strong ability to conduct financial
and credit analysis
- Solid organizational & time
management skills
- High motivation and attention to
detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work
independently as well as being a team player
- Experience in emerging markets
private equity, investment banking, corporate finance and/or financial analysis
is a plus
- Fluent English speaker and other
foreign language ability is a plus
Other important requirements:
- Have a good attitude and pleasant personality
- Initiative and able to work under limited guidance
- Have a good appearance and a neat person
