We are a foreign company manufacturing grease and lubricants,

Cost Accounting / Purchase Staff or Manager

Requirements:

* Only Male, max 37 years old
* Devotion to job oriented attitude & Diligence required
* Dedicated loyalty in managing Confidential data
* At least a Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or equivalent
* In depth Knowledge of General Accounting Standards.
* At least 7 years of working experience in Accounting job career, and some of them at manufacturing or construction/chemical/lubricant industry
* Have knowledge of Tax Standards (PPh pasal 21, 23, 25, Badan & PPN).
* Fluent English required

Job description:

[Cost Accounting]
* Cost accounting of daily manufacturing
(Costing
& Inventory, excel file & Journalizing at acct. system)
* Weekly reporting of Costing, Inventory data
* Monthly reporting of Income Statement & Balance sheet (Excel, acct. system)
* Manage Financial Audit from Accounting firm every year

[ERP System]
* Implementing ERP system in cooperation with SI company engineers
* Managing & modifying ERP reporting program at level of end user

[Raw Material Procurement]
* Managing Raw Material Procurement Data
(Import
& Domestic, Managing Purchase Order & Invoices)
* Managing & Monitoring Custom Clearing status of Forwarding company
(PIB
payment scheduling, Reviewing Invoice of Custom clearing fee)
(Weekly
Reporting of Raw Material Inventory consolidation with Custom clearing fee)
* Reporting Bank Payment Proposal of Raw Material Purchased.

Skill And Specification:
* Having experience in cost accounting for manufacturing cost
* Having experience in implementing Accounting System i.e.: SAP, MYOB, Accurate
* Experience & Knowledge of System Integration of ERP at the level of Reporting output design & DB table design for users.
* Should be able to make & modify reporting function of Accounting System.
* Must be highly skilled in dealing with Excel Spreadsheets and Accounting System at user level.
* Having Knowledge & experience of Income Statement & Balance Sheet
* Having a good experience of Document filing & Document format.
* Have knowledge in tax reporting; PPh pasal 21, 23, 25, Badan & PPN
* Active English

Salary & Benefit:
* Gross (before tax) Salary : .....................
* Office location: Pusat Jakarta (Setiabudi).
* Working Days (Mon~Fri, 08:30 ~ 20:00)
(Weekend
working required 1~2times per month often, not always).
* Lebaran Salary is applied per pro rate months basis.
* 6 month Probation period
* Regular employee after 1 yr contract finishes
* Commercial Health Insurance not applied.
