PT. Petrindo Jaya Kreasi, a holding company in mining industry with several subsidiaries located on Kalimantan and Nusa Tenggara area, such as PT. Tamtama Perkasa (a coal mining at Central Kalimantan) and PT. Multi Jaya Energi (a coal mining at North Kalimantan).
We are in-search for new Legal Staff
* Jakarta based
* Minimum requirement on educational background: a Bachelor's Degree onLaw.
* Experienced in document administration, supporting due diligence process, supporting corporate and day to day business contract, and supporting corporate licenses.
* Minimum 2 years working experience as Paralegal or Legal Admin at law firm or the office of notary.
* Willing to travel to remote area.
* Fluent in English
