For those who aren't familiar, University of Phoenix is a FOR PROFIT chain of universities that offer both online and on-campus education. Most of their programs are NOT accredited.

Their Master of Education degree is accredited, however this scholarship is for a Bachelor of Science in Education or Master of Arts in Education. I think these two are NOT accredited.
If I try to sell you a bag of short-grain brown rice for $1 Million US dollars, and then offer you a 90% discount, does that make it a great deal?

cooperation is offering Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) for
developing country applicants. The fellowship is available for
master's, PhD and short courses. Students must be a national of,
and working and living in one of the countries in the NFP country list
valid at the time of application. If for whatever reason a candidate
stays in another country other than his or her home country for more
than 90 days before the start of the course and/ or programme, he or
she is not considered to be living and working in his or her home
country. Nuffic receives thousands of fellowship applications each
year. Only a small percentage of these applications are eventually
granted a fellowship. Application should be submitted till 1St October
2013.

hanya terbatas pada saat kita registrasi di Universitas yg dituju melalui
adminnya atau harus melalui salah satu professor di univ tersebut untuk

Saya ingin bertanya mengenai beasiswa LPDP. Rasanya sudah banyak yg pernah membahas ini di milis, mgkn pertanyaan ini sudah pernah ditanyakan sebelumnya. Tp saya baru bergabung dan mohon info dari rekan-rekan semua.
Saya ingin mendaftar beasiswa LPDP pada bulan ini, namun saya masih belum mendapatkan LoA. Apakah memungkinkan bagi saya untuk mendaftar atau perlu menunggu LoA terlebih dahulu?
