Corporate Secretary (CS)Jakarta Barat (Jl. Let Jend. S. Parman)
A holding Co. having the operations in some business field, mainly in
tin mining and smelting, shipping transportation and fuel (BBM) distribution,
having its office in Jl. Jend. S. Parman is looking for Corporate Secretary (CS)
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine secretarial duties
* Liaises on behalf of Companies with internal and /or external parties including government authorities.
* Maintaining the filing system for licenses, permits and contracts including to monitor its validity and extend when necessary.
* Ensures the Director is well informed in regard with the current project status.
* Provide support in the setting up and execution of meetings to assist management communications and ensure the necessary visual aids and other equipments are provided, including to take the minutes of meeting.
* In-charges of composing proposal, engagement letters, Non-Disclosure Agreement and/or other officer related correspondences as required.
* Support the Directors and teams in scheduling their activities and advises on itineraries for the Directorforfield project visit.
Requirements:
· Female (age between 30-35 years old)
· Min. Diploma in Secretary
· Minimum 5 years experience
of working
· (Preferably having working
experience in mining industries is an advantage)
· Fluent in English both
speaking and writing
· Familiar with Ms. Office
· Able to do multi-tasking
jobs and can work under pressure
· Strong administrative
and negotiation skills
· Able and willing to
travel outside town
