Currently Kemira Indonesia is seeking to find highly qualified candidates for the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Key responsibilities include:
* As a window between customer and company; including receiving any complaints and claims from the customer, receiving PO from customer and respond as appropriate
* Make sure the stock is on safety level; updating stock weekly
* Plans and manages travel arrangements and itineraries
* Arranging Sales Meeting
* Administrative responsibilities including HR administrative
* Any duties that will be given by the Superior
Requirements:
* Female, max. 28years old
* Min. S1 in Business Administration, Economy, Secretary or equivalent
* Min. 1 year working experience in related field (Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply)
* Detail oriented, good analytical skill, good communication skill, and high initiative
* Computer literate with Excel, Word and Outlook
* Good command in English both oral and written
* Can join immediately
