Responsibilities:
* Responsible for recruitment and staffing process
* To manage HR & GA administration and maintain all HR & GA daily activities
* To ensure the implementation of HR & GA system, policy, and procedures throughout the company
* Responsible for the task related with employee relation, including compensation and benefit, employee welfare, policy socialization, etc
* To maintain performance appraisal, training, and development for all employees
Requirements:
* Female
* Bachelor Degree in Psychology from reputable university with good grades (IPK min. 3.00)
* Age max. 40 years old,
* Min. 3 years of working experiences in related field (HR – Recruitment & Training) is a must
* Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
* Exposure of strategy and people development
* Strong leadership and capable on working under pressure and deadlines
* High integrity person
* High passion of human resource / capital management in IT System
* Must be self-starter and able to work independently or as parts as a team
* Having Knowledge for setting up Human resource regulations & developing training modules are preferred
* Willing to be place in Jakarta (Kuningan Area)
