ACCOUNT SUPPORT
PT. CIPTA KRIDA BAHARI
(Cilandak, Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Support Account Representative activity in order to achieve monthly budget
- Monitor revenue generation
- Handle customer's inquiry
- Make timely update and reports to customers
- Handle validation process, produce and update performance report such as data for regular Service Quality Meeting and Score Card that is required by customers and service review through continuous assessment driven by customer's expectation
Requirements:
- Candidate preferably bachelor degree, minimum diploma degree in all major studies
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Logistics & Transportation with Administration skill although fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Have a good understanding of Warehousing & Logistics concept.
- Able to do Administration tasks, and work closely with internal customer effectively and accurately
- Able to work with minimal supervision
