Responsibilities:
- To support sales executive activity in order to achieve monthly budget, generate additional revenues, handle customer's inquiry, make timely update to customers, handle validation process, produce and update performance report such as Score Card that is required by customers and service review through continuous assessment driven by customer's expectation
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Economics, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a customer service in logistics industry
- Having knowledge about project logistics
- Having good communication, administration and personal skill.
- Able to communicate in English (both oral and written)
