Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all tracing status are updated into system
- Ensure that invoice is generated in timely manner
- Ensure that shipping documents are fully comply with BP requirements
- Coordinate closely with customer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinators specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in English (both oral and written)
- Good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill
- Willing to be stationed at CKB branch
- Can work under pressure and minimum supervision
