· Reporting to the Senior Supervisor ICT Support you will responsible to provide support for TCI user in using TCI system
· Log and follow up incoming queries for support
· Work with Thiess Australian helpdesk for any Australian system related problem and request
· Manage and resolve issues quickly and effectively as an ICT support on first layer, and to make sure that all requests are noted and followed up.
To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum :
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline with minimum 2 years experiences in IT roles such as Helpdesk
· IT Support area in mining industry is essential
· Strong technical understanding of helpdesk and ICT support operation; good communication skill in written and spoken English
· Ability to write clear and concise report
· Ability to meet deadlines and multi task; customer service oriented and able to work independently.
