Reservation/Administration Staff
Kusuma Atmadja Residence - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
* Provide front line service and attend to guest enquiries
* Develops employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere
* Manages and motivates front office teams in order to provide high quality services for guest
* Increases revenue through his/her sales efforts and by managing room's revenue effectively.
* Handles all check-in, check-out and incoming phone calls
* Perform clerical, data entry and filing duties so as to maintain proper record of documents and correspondences
Requirements:
* Fresh Graduate
* Preferably Female Age between 25-30 Years
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent (preferable from Akademi Pariwisata NHI )
* Familiar with Ms Office and Front Office System
* Good work ethics, attitude, and friendly
* Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent guest interaction & communication skills
* Must be aggressive, oriented result, and have good problem solving skills
* Initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Able to work shifts and Public Holiday
* Able to communicate in English both oral and written
